Yoga Series with Anne at The Fort Atkinson Club
Are you in need of some relaxation and tension relief??Join us in a 6-week, beginner-friendly yoga series led by Instructor Anne Drehfal-- designed to help you move and flow with ease.Using slow, restorative moments Anne teaches her participants how to achieve balance and "Come Back to Center".Classes are suitable for anyone ages 12 and older.Participants under the age of 18 will need a guardian present -OR- have a signed liability waiver on file.If you interested in signing up, please follow the link below:*Masks are requiredPlease be sure to bring your own yoga mat, a small towel and a water bottle.
