    Location and Hours:

    Jefferson Branch: 100 North Main St, Jefferson, WI 53549

    • Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
    • Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm
    • Closed on Sundays
    • Full Time Position Hours: 40 hours a week, including every other Saturday (8:00AM - 12:00PM)

    Responsibilities for the Care Center Representative: 

    • Provide friendly, helpful service that promotes financial discipline through preparing for daily interactions with a professional mindset and an organized workstation.
    • Maintain knowledge of FCCU products and processes.
    • Proactively greet members with a smile and warm tone. Take responsibility for waiting members.
    • Understand the member’s objectives by asking appropriate questions and listening to the member’s responses.
    • Recommend the best solution or guide the member to the appropriate staff to accomplish the member’s needs and strengthen their financial well-being.
    • Utilize expert knowledge to open consumer and business deposit accounts and convenient services, and identify member needs with loans.
    • Teach members to use the account or service to improve their financial well-being and provides any ongoing correspondence. Accurately and efficiently prepare member documents.
    • Utilize basic knowledge to identify member needs with investment services and seamlessly refer members to appropriate staff.
    • Fulfill member service requests including account maintenance, research, reconciliation, and correction.
    • Secure the credit union’s assets by handling cash and negotiable instruments in a consistent manner, properly identifying members, keeping member information confidential, balancing at the end of each business day, and completing necessary reports that summarize daily activities.
