    Title:               Client Specialist- BoardEx
    Department: Customer Service
    Reporting To: Client Service Manager       
    Client Specialist-BoardEx-Job Description:
    The BoardEx product, is a high-end global leadership analysis service, offered by The Deal, LLC an award-winning financial multi-media division of Euromoney Institutional Investors, LLC.  BoardEx offers a high-end networking platform for dealmakers that is used globally by leading financial institutions, law firms, executive search firms, non-profits, and universities.
    Duties include but not limited to:
    • Proficiency in using the various web-based resources and internal data to research accounts and to glean information on our clients and prospects.
    • Excellent communications skills and ability to get meetings set up with senior professionals.
    • Ability to collaborate with others on the licensing sales team to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.
    • Assist in building relationships and usage within existing accounts that license the BoardEx service.
    • A passion for developing deep knowledge in how our clients advise, fund, and invest around corporate transactions.
    • Strong aptitude to learn the nuances of corporate transactions and the people and processes that drive them.
    • Address and/or route daily inquiries from client and prospective clients regarding the product.
    • Provide client demos as needed.
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience using a contact management system.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
    • Be detail oriented.
    • Be goals oriented.
    • 1-2 years proven customer service and/or sales experience.
     Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or GED.
