    Position Overview
    Retail Store Supervisors serve as entry-level managers in the retail store, supervising select areas of operations and providing coaching and guidance to associates, cashiers and other front line staff. In this role, you will:
    • Serve as a role model and ambassador for our mission, values and brand to internal and external audiences
    • Supervise and coach staff excellence in customer service, production and merchandising while achieving your own goals in each of these areas
    • Consistently enter accurate report data, identifying variances and trends and communicating that information to senior leaders
    • Oversee merchandise rotation to ensure a continuous flow of new merchandise on the sales floor including display set ups, moves and salvaging
    • Ensure employees utilize proper cash controls and asset protection guidelines to reduce shrink and help meet operational goals
    • Maintain a safe & clean work environment by following established safety & operational excellence guidelines
    • Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values
    • Consistently interact with co-workers, shoppers, and donors in a professional &  pleasant manner including both written and verbal communication
     
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma and 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail production, merchandising or sales
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
    • Ability to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends, and closing shifts
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
    • Ability to withstand minor air contaminants (e.g., dust, pollen, grass)
    • Full range of motion, with the ability to stand for extended periods of time & move throughout the facility
