Crawfish Junction Joins Fort Chamber
Fort Chamber Welcomes Crawfish Junction
Located in the booming metropolis of Milford, Crawfish Junction has established a solid reputation for Cajun food and is famous for bringing an alligator dish to Wisconsin. Recently, however, they were honored with a call-out from USA Today’s “10 Best” ranking for having the seventh best cheese curds in the state. Their Friday night fish fry, burgers, and wings are also legendary. Owners Torey Smith and Corey McGrath were both raised in Lake Mills and have been in the food and beverage industry since 2005 and 2004, respectively. This year, Crawfish Junction will be participating in Rhythm on the River as a food vendor, August 22.
The Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes Crawfish Junction as a new member. The restaurant is located on County Highway A between Lake Mills and Watertown, and is open Mondays, 11:00am to close; Wednesdays and Thursdays, 4:00pm to close; Fridays and Saturdays, 11:00am to close; and Sundays, 10:00am to close. Live music is often featured in their rustic, casual environment, and catering is available for both on-site and off-site special events, such as weddings and corporate meetings.
