New Assisted Living Coming to Johnson Creek
Locally owned and operated, The View at Johnson Creek assisted living and memory care community has officially begun construction at the top of the hill just south of I-94 and east of Highway 26. They have recently joined the Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce.
Projected to be completed late fall/end of winter, The View at Johnson Creek community will be divided into assisted living and memory care with accommodations for 64 residents with physical or cognitive decline. The community will offer beautiful views with lodge décor. Residents will enjoy home-cooked meals, full-service bistro, onsite salon, spa and life enrichment activities. Couple and individual suites with private bathrooms will be available for early reservations in May.
The View at Johnson Creek is the second community owned by Oconomowoc resident and CEO of Heritage Properties Inc., Todd Whittaker, with business partner, Kimberly Otte-May who comes with 30 years of experience in the senior housing arena specializing in high quality care.
This assisted living and memory care community is a sister community to The View at Pine Ridge located 20 miles east of the site, in Oconomowoc. Both communities are licensed Class C Nonambulatory CBRFs (Community Based Residential Communities) caring for low to high acuity seniors, providing care until end of life and offering tailored packages for personalized resident care.
